Instructor/fighter Joe Wilk and Ethan Day win in SHOOTO St. Louis Event!

Ethan scored the tapout at :36 of the first round via armbar.  Joe tapped out a very game opponent just under the 2 minute mark of the first round.

Instructor/fighter Joe Wilk won his May 6th MMA fight in Kansas City's A.E.C event!

Joe tapped out his opponent via armbar in one minute.  Next up for Joe is St. Louis SHOOTO and then the 4 man tournament back in KC.  A big thanks to all of Joe's training partners, fans, family and friends for making the night a great success!
